Try Out and Draft Guidelines :
A Player who participates in tryouts may be drafted to a team in the Highest Division Allowed for their age. If they are not drafted to a higher division team at the start of the season, they are eligible to be promoted during the season if a spot becomes available. They are also eligible to participate on Post Season All Star teams
Any player that does not tryout will not be allowed to be drafted, and will be blindly assigned to a team (also known as a hat pick) within the Lowest Division Allowed. They are not eligible to be promoted during the season, and they may not eligible for Post Season All Star teams.
