Umpire Assignments

To select assignments umpires must first log into the Officials Area and then select the assignments in the Master Schedule. It may be useful to you to see when others umpire too. To see and print your own current schedule of assignments select "My Schedule" at the top of the Officials Area.

What if you can't make a game assignment?

To unassign yourself from any umpire assignment with more than 2 days to go simply login, navigate to the same Master Schedule, on the same pull down menu you used to sign up for the game select "Not Assigned" on the pull down menu for the umpire. This will take the game off your schedule and make the game show up as available to others.

IMPORTANT: If it is less than two day's notice, you cannot unassign yourself from the game through the website.  You must contact Jim Alexander, the Umpire Director, immediately at (925) 786-9516 to discuss arrangements for the game.  Please leave a message and send email to too.  Ideally, you should have already found your own substitute before you call the Umpire Director.
