Athletics Hitting Joe Vranesh, Jackson Slone, Tatum Kapulica, , Athletics Defense: Tanner Hibberd. Athletics Highlights; Joe Vranesh - Jackson Slone - and Tatum Kapulica had key hits - in the A's 16-7 victory over the Red Sox. Tanner Hibberd made several great defensive plays in the field for the A's in their win.

Athletics Hitting Matt Atteberry 2-2 - run scored, Shane Nelson 1-2 - 1 RBI, Connor Shadowens 2-3 - 1 RBI - run scored, Justin Pisenti 1-3 - run scored, Athletics Defense: Matty McSweeny made a crazy-awesome diving catch in center field! Athletics Pitching: Nick Baizer: 4 K's - 2 IP, Noah Soderman: 4 K's - 2 IP, Athletics Highlights; The A's put up 5 in the first frame to take the lead. White Sox Highlights: Ryan Forrester hit a solid double into center field and Chris Lonestar hit a double that bounced over the fence in left field.

Yankees Hitting Joe Danek: 3-3 - RBI, Jack Morgan: 3-4 - RBI, Ryan Bowman: 2-2, Jared Dawson: 2-4, Yankees Defense: Nolan Bartnick, Jack Morgan, Yankees Pitching Ryan Bowman: 3 IP - 5 K - 0 R, Jared Dawson: 2 IP - 3 K - 0 R, Yankees Highlights; The Yankees beat the Pirates 15-6. The Yankees patience at the plate paid off as every player reached base. They racked up 13 hits led by Joe Daneks 3 for 3 - RBI (3 runs) - and Jack Morgans 3 for4 - RBI (2 runs).The Yankees also got big hits when it counted most. In the 2nd inning Nick Aparicio tripled driving in two runs. Nolan Bartnick also contributed a bit of situational hitting in the 4th inning - hitting a sacrifice fly to centerfield to knock in a run.

Angels Hitting: Rico Guevara - 4-4 - 1 double - 1 RBI, Joey Saverese - 4-4 - 2 RBI's, Patrick Pecoraro - 3-4 - 1 double - 3 RBI's, Christopher Abbes - 4-4 - 1 double - 1 RBI, Angels Defense: Graham King in caught a line drive in the left field to give the Cardinals their second out in the top of the 6th., Rico Guevara two throws to first resulting in two outs. Angels Pitching : Angels Highlights; The Angels 12 Phillies 7. The Angels started out the bottom of the 1stswinging with five hits - and driving in 3 runs to lead the game. The Phillies came back rallying in the 2nd - with four hits and five runs. The Cardinals fought back in the third to pull ahead by one run. The Angels' strong defense and hitting kept the Phillies runless in the 3 and 4th innings - and their batting pulled them ahead to lead 12 to 8.

White Sox Hitting: Rosenberg- game winning hit, White Sox Highlights; Bottom of the sixth 2 outs 2 strikes 1 ball he hits it and the 2 runs we needed to win were scored! We jumped up and down screaming like crazy. It was neck to neck the whole game
Giants 8 Red Sox 7
Giants Hitting: Struck 3 for 3 - HR - 2B - 3 RBI's, Goldsmith 2 for 3 - 2 runs scored, Giants Pitching: Connor Salvo 3.1 IP - 0H - 1R - 0ER - 1 BB - 4 K's, Giants Highlights: GIANTS SQUEEZE HOME VICTORY IN THE 6TH After falling behind 5-0 in the top of the first inning - the DLL Major Giants rallied for an 8-7 come from behind victory over the Red Sox. The rally was capped off by a squeeze bunt single in the bottom of the 6th with bases loaded and 1 out by Thomas McFann scoring Zach Goldsmith with the winning run. The Giants used great pitching by Connor Hunt and Connor Salvo - giving up no hits in the last 5 innings and a big 3-run home run by Riley Struck in the win.

Athletics Hitting: Tatum Kapulica hit a triple, Matt Thayer had a single, Connor Young had a double Athletics Defense: Joe Vranesh turned a double play. Athletics Highlights: Tatum Kapulica hit a triple - Connor Young had a double - and Matt Thayer had a single - in the A's 6-2 loss to the Angels. Joe Vranesh made a great play at short stop - turning a double play for the A's.

Yankees Hitting Jack Morgan: 3-3 - 2 3B - 3 RBIs, Ryan Bulger: 2-2, Jared Dawson: 2-3 - 2 RBI's, Ryan Bowman: 2-3 - 1 RBI, Yankees Defense: Ryan Bulger throws out runner at 2nd base from left field., Nick Aparicio: Great tag at 2nd base on throw from Bulger., Yankees Pitching Ryan Bowman: 3 IP - 2 K - 0 R, Jared Daweson: 2 IP - 2 K - 0 R, Yankees Highlights; The Yankees shut out the As 8-0. Offensively they delivered 13 hits led by Jack Morgans 3 for 3 including 2 triples and 3 RBIs - but it was pitching and their best defensive performance of the season that was the key to the victory. Three Yankee pitchers limited the As to 2 hits and no walks. Ryan Bowman started the game - working 3 innings with 2 strikeouts. Joe Danek pitched the 4th inning striking out the side - and Jared Dawson closed out the game pitching 2 innings - striking out 2.

Athletics Hitting: Ian Weinstein had a nice hit. Athletics Defense: Matt Thayer made a great play at second base. Athletics Pitching Alex Barden pitched two innings of shut out ball. Athletics Highlights; Ian Weinstein had a nice hit - and Matt Thayer made a great play at second base - in the A's 3-1 loss to the White Sox. Alex Barden pitched two innings of shut out ball for the A's in the loss.

Athletics Hitting: Connor Young hit a triple. Alex Barden had a single. Athletics Defense: Grant Martin nice play at second., Jackson Slone made a nice play at third. Athletics Highlights; Connor Young hit a triple - and Alex Barden had a single - in the A's loss to the Braves - 7-1. Grant Martin and Jackson Slone made nice plays in the field for the A's.
Cardinals 4 Giants 3
Cardinals Hitting: Tennant 2-2 - a double and two runs scored, Bartenetti 1-2 - double & 3 RBI, Marden 1-3 - game winning RBI, , Cardinals Defense: Rueckert had 3 put outs in the 5th inning, McSweeney Played 5 outstanding innings at catcher and help get the last out of the game., Cardinals Pitching Bartenetti: 6IP 5K - 1 BB - 2ER, , Cardinals Highlights; Nick Bartenetti pitched a compete game and hit a double that scored two runs to tie the game before scoring the winning run on Kyle Marden's single in the fifth inning. Clayton Tennant went 2 for 2 and scored two runs. Charlie Adams and Ryan McSweeney provided key defensive plays in the Cardinals final defensive inning. Giants Highlights: Nick Moroney and Jake Hughes had three key hits in the game.

In addition to the above pitchers- Kyle Batza 1 scoreless inning. The game ended on a line drive triple play off the bat of Nick Baizer back to the pitcher Kyle Batza who caught it then threw to Jared Robins at 3rd who tagged the the A's Connor Shadowens. Robins threw the ball to Darroch Koel at 2nd who proceeded to throw the ball to Chris Lonestar at first to get Matty McSweeney who was trying to get back to the bag. Athletics Hitting: Connor Shadowens - 3-3, Matty McSweeny - 3-3 w/ 1 RBI, Athletics Pitching Connor Shadowens: 2 IP - 2K's -, Athletics Highlights; This game started on 4/14 and was called due to hail at the top of the 3rd. The game was finished on 4/20. Nick Baizer pitched the 1st 2 innings - with Matty McSweeny taking the mound at the restart of the game. Connor Shadowens took over the mound in the 3rd after Matty McSweeny took a batted ball in the face. Connor managed to close the game with one scoreless inning.

Yankees Pitching Jake Salamida: 2 IP - 0 R - 3K, Jared Dawson: 1 IP - 1 R - 3K, Yankees Highlights: The Yankees beat the Angels 7-4 with solid defense and timely. The Yankees took a 3-2 lead in the top of the 2nd inning. Then - with two runners on in the 3rd - they added 4 more runs with back-to-back-to-back singles stretching their lead to 7-2. Diving catches in left field by Ryan Bulger in the 3rd and Austin Casson in the 4th prevented Angel runners from scoring. In the bottom of the 5th - Jack Morgan stabbed a low line drive at 1st base preventing a 2 runs and ending the inning.

Athletics Hitting: Matty McSweeny - double w/ 1 RBI, Adam Yukolis - single w/ 2 RBI's, Athletics Defense: Matt Atteberry caught a hard line drive at 2nd, , Athletics Pitching Nick Baizer - 3 IP's - 6 K's, Matty McSweeny - 2 IP's - 3 K's, Athletics Highlights; The score was 0-0 until the bottom of 3rd and then the bats came alive. The score was 6-6 at the bottom of the 6th - sending the game into overtime. Justin Pisenti stole home in the 7th to bring in the winning run for the A's. Nick Baizer pitched a shut out inning in the bottom of the 7th to earn the Athletics a win. Giants Highlights: Carter Gasparini's surprising bunt to load the bases. Bailey Kehr hit a solid triple to center field.
